A 30 minutes period piece about the dispute over independence as reflected in personal diaries and letters written by young people in the 18th century. Commissioned by The History Channel, this film is shot on High Definition video and is shown on a continuous basis at a theatre within the Independence National Historic Park in Philadelphia.

One film is shown at the Smithsonian Museum of American History in Washington D.C. on a continuous basis; the other produced in association with Cox Communications was shown as a special web cast to high schools across the United States.
